The patent pending Flip Cover is made of foil/foam/foil insulation which provides radiant barrier and convection insulation. Its unique design stops air leakage and allows easy access into the attic.

The EcoSmart Flip cover is light weight yet durable. It comes assembled, and is easy to install using Reflective and Velcro tape, which is supplied. This is a two part system: the first part easily slides under the stairs and is taped into place. The Flip Cover is placed on the attic floor over the attic ladder, then you remove the double sided tape and press it into position. To open you simply flip the top half of the attic ladder cover back. The cover can open to any side or be completely removed and reinstalled.
